  The service was horrible...The new owner is very rude giving Ideal Carpet a bad reputation. I've been dealing with Ideal Carpet for ten years and never have I been so disappointed. The new Owner Mark walks in my house didn't say hello aand proceeded throughout my home looking over the carpet and barged in my daughter rooms without knocking..So I immediately told him to leave cause that's no way to come in someone's home...He wants to he treated with respect but he doesn't give it...Horrible service and will never call Ideal Carpet again.
