  They can't even get your appointment correct ... If your gonna write someones appointment info with Dr Aaron Dubrinsky on the back of the duval health center business card, than that should be the same as what you enter into your computer system... It sucks when you take off from work for no reason at all. Not only did I not get so see a doctor, but I lost a days pay.
