  2 weeks to get an appointment. My driver was telling me about how good of a dentist I choose. When we pulled in I looked her and said this is not the address... Oh.. then I don't know your dentist. We pulled up to the location and it just looked creepy. So much so that when the receptionist opened the glass window, which I hate, I simply said I am canceling my appointment and going to a different dentist.
  
  Dr.Knowles has a much more inviting relaxing office, open air receptionist and had me scheduled for the next day.
  
  It is very important to ensure your patients are comfortable, if they are like me and already have a phobia.... An uninviting dark office in a shady location makes you think twice about going any further.
  
  I did not use any services and would not based on location. When you see the office you will know what I mean.
